Every year, Unionville releases its famed Solera-style Port wine on the first weekend of December. This storied dessert wine, which takes 15 years to produce, has won the NJ Governor’s Cup for best dessert wine in the state, scored 95 points from BTI, and is recognized as one of the great dessert wines on the east coast. Join us December 4th and 5th as we share for the first time Vat #27, the latest bottling in the series of this wine. Each tasting will include a complimentary pour of Port at the end with a paired chocolate truffle. The Blawenburg Bistro will sell an assortment of grilled cheese sandwiches in the Cave Room, and guests may reserve seats around our Solo stove fireplaces on the patio.
