Sugar Maple Jerseys in conjunction with Matt’s Red Rooster Grill and Federal Twist Vineyard present the “Pork to Fork” early autumn dinner on Sunday, November 14th, 2021.  The event will feature a farm tour at Sugar Maple Jerseys commencing at 1:00pm, followed by a four course prix fix dinner at Matt’s Red Rooster Grill to commence at 3:00 pm featuring dishes that incorporate Sugar Maple Jersey pasture raised pork, along with a selection of their award winning dairy products.
